Volunteer for H4H!
While Half Shells for Habitat is a collaborative effort that involves indispensable contributions from a range of partners, including restaurants, municipalities, conservation organizations and ferry companies, the program only works because of the tireless effort of our team of volunteers.
The success of the program wouldn’t be possible without H4H volunteers to pick up shells from participating restaurants, collect shells at oyster festivals and handle other critical parts of the program. It’s our H4H volunteers that are the critical linchpin that make oyster shell recovery on Long Island possible!
If you are interested in volunteering for this important island-wide project, please contact Half Shells Volunteer Coordinator, Arielle Santos, at asantos@seatuck.org or contact her via the form below.
